Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to go through CJ Affiliate to join?

Yes. For many years we tried building and leveraging our own custom affiliate system, but the experience left a lot to be desired. After extensive reviews, we landed on the CJ Affiliate platform.

Do I have to use the referral link provided?

Yes. All referred customers must click on your referral link before signing up. Our affiliate cookies lasts for 30 days. If a customer does not click on the referral link, we are unable to credit your account. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you need help finding or using your referral link.

When do payouts happen?

Prior to payout, all referred customers must remain subscribed to the Sucuri Platform or Sucuri Firewall for at least 65 days starting from the end of the month that the sale took place.

Do you offer recurring commissions?

No we do not offer recurring commissions at this time.

How can I subscribe to the Referral Program?

Can I create accounts for my customers?
